New Administrator Appointed in the ELANCO School District!

Announcement: New District Administrator Update featuring Mrs. Penny Kilgore.

A new administrator has been appointed in the Eastern Lancaster County School District! 

We are excited to announce that Mrs. Penny Kilgore was approved as ELANCO’s first Associate Administrator for Learner and Educator Success and began her new role on July 1, 2025.

Mrs. Kilgore's name may sound familiar since she has been a classroom teacher with the ELANCO School District for a long time! Her experiences during her time at the secondary campus, as well as her perspective and vision for what this role will provide for our learners and staff, made her an outstanding candidate!

We look forward to Mrs. Kilgore's leadership in our buildings. She is going to help meet the needs of our staff and learners of all grade levels in new and innovative ways! Join us in congratulating Mrs. Kilgore!
