Please join us in congratulating Dr. Heather Schrantz!

Longtime ELANCO administrator, Dr. Schrantz, was appointed Principal of the Garden Spot Middle School on June 9, 2025. As she has shown throughout her time in our district and through her leadership at Blue Ball Elementary and the high school, she is fully committed to our school district’s success as a whole, as well as for each individual she works with and supports. Dr. Schrantz assumed her responsibilities in June and has spent the summer planning and preparing to ensure a successful start for our newly reconfigured middle school.

We're very excited to see the impact she will make supporting our educators and staff, and in the lives of our learners!
